- Payment Information: Payment details processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the service, including message frequency and feature usage, to improve our product.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the Riya chatbot service.
- Process your subscription payments securely.
- Personalise your conversation experience with Riya.
- Send you service-related communications (e.g., subscription reminders, payment confirmations).
- Analyse usage patterns to improve our service.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls to protect your information. Conversation data is stored in our database and is accessible only to authorised systems.

We use the following third-party services:
- Telegram: For message delivery. Subject to Telegram's privacy policy.
- Razorpay: For payment processing. Subject to Razorpay's privacy policy.
- OpenAI: For AI-generated responses. Conversation content is sent to OpenAI's API to generate replies.
- PostHog: For product analytics. Usage data is anonymised where possible.
- Meta (Facebook): For conversion tracking via the Conversions API. Only hashed identifiers are shared.
5. Data Retention
We retain your conversation data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your data, you may contact us at support@riya.chat and we will remove your data within 30 days.

You have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
- Cancel your subscription at any time.
7. Cookies
Our payment pages may use essential cookies for session management and payment processing. We do not use advertising cookies on our website.
