Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Riya chatbot service ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
Riya is an AI-powered chatbot available on Telegram. The Service provides AI-generated conversational responses to help users with business-related queries and general chat. Riya is powered by artificial intelligence and does not provide professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using Riya, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. Account & Access
- Access to Riya is provided through Telegram. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account.
- Each user is identified by their Telegram user ID. Sharing or transferring your account access is not permitted.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Free Trial & Subscription
- New users receive a limited number of free messages to try the Service.
- After the free trial, continued access requires a paid subscription of Rs 200 per month.
- A 3-day paid trial is available for Rs 7, after which the monthly subscription of Rs 199 begins automatically.
- Subscriptions are recurring and will auto-renew each month unless cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Payments & Refunds
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@riya.chat for refund requests.
- If auto-pay fails, your subscription will be halted until payment is updated.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send illegal, harmful, abusive, or threatening content.
- Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or exploit the AI system.
- Use the Service for spamming, phishing, or fraudulent purposes.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
7. AI-Generated Content
- Riya's responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date.
- The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. You should not rely on Riya's responses as a substitute for professional advice.
- We are not liable for any decisions you make based on Riya's responses.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology comprising the Riya service are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 3 months.
10. Service Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
